At the invitation of our French friends from the UJSM Apnée freediving club, together with my daughter Jindřiška, we went to Lyon to teach a three-day apnea stage from 16th to 18th February 2019. It was a very intense and challenging stage, but thanks to the perfect organization, discipline, and mainly thanks to a great group we enjoyed nice stage in nice atmosphere. My big thanks go to our friends Olivier Duret and Rhedha Louiba for their teaching assistance and for the perfect organization of the event. I would also like to thank my daughter Jindřiška for teaching with me and also thank the great photographer Laurent Farges for beautiful pictures from the event. Congratulations to all participants for the new personal records and I wish them good luck in the next training! This was the fifth training stage we had in France. I hope we can come back here soon and keep passing on our knowledge and experiences.
