Learn from my mistakes ... I started alone, dived in Podoli and after a few years reached pool length (50m). Then started thinking I might do something completely wrong ... Never thought there would be freedivers in Czech Rep (where is the coastline?), So asked suggestions from Finland where to go and they directed to Dahab, the Mecca for freedivers. Did then following courses:

SSI Freediving level 1 11/2012 in Dahab

SSI Freediving level 2 11/2012 in Dahab

SSI Freediving level 3 1/2014 in Koh Tao

After that I thought it would be nice at least now and then make some pool trainings with long fins, and ONLY then googled about freediving in Czech Rep, and founded APNEAMAN & Martin Zajac! ;-) I could have done all my courses here with them !! ;-))
