We invite you to Apnea Academy Level II course
Do you like feeling of freedom and independence? Do you want to enjoy beauty of lakes, seas and oceans, while being independent on diving base and not to drag all those devices, cutaways and bottles with you? Do you want to dive into medium depths like scuba divers? Do you want to improve your breathing skills and have thereby better feeling and better safety during scuba diving? Do you want to discover new skills in yourself about which you have had no idea up to now? Do you want to dive safely and be able to solve crisis situations? Do you want to know how to keep working on yourself in the future?…

We prepared for you a six-days intensive freediving course that will open new dimensions of your abilities to you, teach you skills necessary for effective and safe diving and show you how to prepare for diving not only by breathing techniques. Not less important is also information how to proceed after the course, how to improve your physical and mental abilities and movement skills, so that freediving brings you in the future even more joy, relaxation and healthy feeling, irrespective of whether your goals are recreational or racing.

What you need for this:
- be at the age of at least 14
- swim 50m on the water surface in one of swimming styles
- have a medical examination
- have your own equipment: mask , snorkel , fins, neoprene suit, weight belt
It is possible to lend all equipment for the course.

What you will gain:
- you will learn to dive safely and effectively
- international plastic AA Level III qualification card
- Apnea Academy Level III diploma

Venue and accommodation:
Freediving World Center diving base in the Labranda hotel in the city of Sharm el Sheikh is one of the best bases specialized in freediving. It is part of a nice Italian Labranda hotel. There is a coral reef in front of the hotel/base and what is the most important for us, water is significantly deep even for training of the best competitors = up to 180m :-) We'll have at disposal two platforms, a platton and circa twenty buoys with different depth from 20 to 80m. We have at disposal also a nice 25m swimming pool just at the base.

The Labranda hotel is part of the Italian resort Eden Village. Nice accommodation with all inclusive service in high standard! The hotel price includes excellent food 3 times a day, snacks during the day and non-alcoholic drinks at bars. Lunch and dinner includes non-alcoholic drinks, bears and wine for free. You can stay in one-, two- or three-bed rooms.
The hotel has swimming pools, a fitness, massage rooms and primarily the Freediving World Apnea Center freediving base.

Transport:
Transport is by air. Departure from Prague Ruzyně airport (departure time will be specified approximately 5-7 days before departure due to a charter flight). Arrival at the Egyptian airport Sharm el Sheikh. Flight time approximately 4 hours. Current weight limit for luggage is between 15 to 23kg + 5kg carry-on luggage. Transfer from the airport to the Labranda hotel (Hotel is in the Tower Bay part) takes approximately 15 to 20 min.

Relaxation:
You will have an opportunity to relax at the swimming pool or directly at the see or have a massage in free time during the course. There is a nice reef in front of the hotel... There are really many opportunities.

Long fins - Apneaman, C4, Mares, Salvimar ...
Neoprene suit - ideally Elios 3 to 5mm of material (can be tailor made)
Weights and rubber bands - 1kg in plastic, Apneautic weight belt... 
Depth gauge - Mares Apneista, Suunto D4i, Salvimar One ...

We can lend you all necessary equipment for the event.

I am at your disposal of course in case you need advice on choosing the equipment. You can newly borrow for a course also freediving fins, computers, suits and weights...
